Dr. Joyce R. Aryee – Chair Of Board African Leadership Magazine
She is currently the Executive Director of Salt and Light Ministries. She is also the former Chief Executive Officer of The Ghana Chamber of Mines and the first woman to head an African Chamber of Mines. Joyce draws her experience from over 40 years of service to the nation, dealing with a wide range of issues including environmental and publicity. Ms. Joyce Aryee was awarded Companion of the Order of the Volta, Ghana (CV) by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana in 2006. She is also recipient of the CIMG Marketing Woman of the year 2007 award. On recognition of her immense contributions to the mining industry, an honorary doctorate degree was conferred on Ms. Aryee in July 2009 by the University of Mines & Technology (UMaT). Dr. Joyce Aryee emerged as the award winner of the African Female Business Leader of the Year 2009 by the African Leadership on Centre for Economic and Leadership Development. She was inducted as an Honorary Fellow of the Ghana Institute of Engineers in March 2010, the Charted Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst in September 2011 and the Graduate school of Governance and Leadership in October 2011. Dr. Aryee was also honoured in mining and public service at the maiden edition of the Women in Excellence award in 2011. The American Biographical Institute (ABI) has nominated Auntie Joyce the “2011 Woman of the Year”.

Dr. Ken Giami is a dynamic African Role model, motivational speaker and author. His quest for good governance and responsive leadership in Africa led him to establish the Centre for Economic & Leadership Development, an NGO currently in special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). He is publisher and Editor in Chief of the highly rated African Leadership magazine, a journal aimed at promoting good governance and celebrating impactful leadership in Africa; African Energy & Infrastructure magazine and Prime Lawmakers magazine.
Apart from his primary interest in Publishing and PR Consultancy across Africa, Dr. Giami is also a businessman with interests in Real Estate, Investment & Business facilitation, Renewable Energy & Environmental Re-mediation. He serves as Chairman of the Nigeria Indonesia Commercial Association; Chairman, Greenland Energy & Exploration Ltd and Chairman, African Leadership Holdings Ltd. In March 2013, Dr. Ken Giami and the African Leadership magazine was commended for its roles in promoting trade relations between Africa and the Sate of Georgia in the United States by the Senate of the State of Georgia, via Resolution 563 in a motion moved on the floor of the senate by Senator Donzella James (http://www.legis.ga.gov/legislation/en-US/display/20132014/SR/563). He was also honored with an Honorary citizenship of the State of Georgia in a communication by Georgia Secretary of State, Brian P. Kemp.
Dr. Ken Giami has a Bachelors degree in Government and Public Administration, a Masters degree (AC) from the York St. John University in the UK and a Doctorate degree in Communication Arts (Honoris Causa) from The Abbey College, London Graduate School / Commonwealth University. Dr. Giami has attended several Leadership and Management courses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Asia; and has traveled extensively across 5 continents of the World.
