CLETUS WOTORSON – Vice Chair

Cletus Wotorson, BS, MA is a professional geologist/geophysicist, who spent most of his life managing public and private institutions. He graduated from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan, Wesleyan University, Middletown Connecticut and completed a few graduate courses at Harvard’s Institute of International Development and Berkeley’s School of Integrated Geological Exploration, University of California, Berkeley. He was a former Minster of Lands and Mines in the Tolbert Government and Managing Director of Liberia Petroleum Refining Company. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Liberia Football Association.

He is married to Cianna Sherman and has six children. He is a Catholic and a member of the Knights of St. John International. He was twice decorated by his Government. He ran as Standard Bearer of the Alliance of Political Parties against Charles Taylor. He was Assistant Professor of the University of Liberia. He also represented his Government at several International Events including the Inauguration of Pope Paul II.
